International Media Conference for 5th Asian Beach Games

Hanoi, Vietnam, August 17, 2016: DABGOC - the organising committee of the OCA’s 5th Asian Beach Games in Danang, Vietnam, next month – is inviting interested parties from across all media platforms to attend an International Media Conference. The conference will take place on Wednesday, August 31 at the Bao Son Hotel, 50, Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Hanoi.

The invitation comes from Pham Van Tuan, Chairman of the Information and Communications Sub-Committee, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Sports Administration and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Asian Beach Games 2016

The organising committee is honoured to invite media to attend the conference in order to receive information about the preparations for the Asian Beach Games and to meet the requirements of the international and Asian media. Media will have to cover their own costs on air tickets, domestic transportation, accommodation and meals.

The 5th Asian Beach Games will run from September 24 to October 3 at Danang, a central coastal city. There will be 14 sports, 22 disciplines and 172 events taking part in four venue clusters.
