Chef de Mission Meetings:

The Chef de Mission (CDM) meetings are the primary forum for DABGOC and NOCs to exchange information, make announcements, receive feedback and resolve issues related to Games Time operations.

The first meeting will be held on 22 September, 2016 and thereafter, until 02 October, 2016.

Meetings will be held at the Meeting Room, Headquarter Hotel, Royal Lotus Hotel, Level 2.

- Refreshment

Tea Break will be provided outside the meeting Room before & after the meetings.

- Meeting Attendees

CDMs and/ or authorized delegates of NOCs may attend the meetings. However, due to the limited capacity of meeting Room, no more than two (2) representatives per NOC may attend the meetings.
